Monthly Free Message Limit
You are eligible to send a set amount of messages each month. To view how many free messages you have, go to the Fishbowl Account Set up page via your OpenTable System, or log into your Fishbowl account and click “View Balance.” A message is defined as sending one email to one customer. For example, if you have 2,000 guests in your member list, and you send one email campaign to all of them, you’ve sent 2,000 messages.
What is the pricing structure if I exceed my free message limit?
Fishbowl’s message based pricing listed below applies to all messages sent each month, in excess of your free message limit. As an example, if you have a customer list of 2,000 members, are eligible for 500 free email messages, and want to send a newsletter each month to all 2,000 members, then you would be charged for sending 1,500 messages. Referring to the chart below, your monthly charge would be $21.50, based on 1,000 messages at $0.015, plus another 500 messages at $0.013.

Do the Reservation Confirmation emails that my guests receive after making a reservation on OpenTable count against my Fishbowl messages?
No. Reservation Confirmation emails will continue to be sent from OpenTable, and do not count against your allotment of free messages per month with Fishbowl.
