Scott Shaw, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding Fishbowl, Scott Shaw spent 17 years with three start-up foodservice companies. He was co-founder and President of Amy's Ice Creams, based in Austin, Texas; Partner & Chief Operating Officer of CAFÉ TU TU TANGO, a Nation's Restaurant News "Hot Concepts" award-winner; and Chief Operating Officer of the Austin Grill, an award-winning seven-unit chain, based in Washington, DC.
Scott has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including the Restaurant Finance Monitor's annual conference, the National Restaurant Association annual conference, the Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference, the Restaurant and Bar Show, the Neighborhood Marketing War College, the NRA's Marketing Executive Group conference, and M&C Reports UK Restaurants 2006 Conference.
Scott received a B.A. from Yale University with a major in Latin American Studies.
BILL DONNELLY, PRESIDENT and CHiEF OPERATING OFFICER
Bill Donnelly serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fishbowl, Inc. He is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years experience developing and managing rapid growth software and internet-based services companies. Prior to joining Fishbowl, Inc. he served in senior executive roles at a number of emerging growth software companies including Vocus, Best Software, and CareerBuilder as they transformed into profitable corporations generating $100m+ in annual sales and services revenue. By applying in-depth knowledge of industry best practices to key functional areas - sales, marketing, customer services, corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, he has consistently delivered significant increases in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, profitability and shareholder value.
Mr. Donnelly also serves on the Board of Directors for Regent Education Software, an industry leading Software-as-a-Service company that provides financial aid management software solutions to higher education institutions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and earned his MBA from George Washington University. Bill is active in the Washington, DC area software technology community and is involved with industry and volunteer organizations.
Andrew Mc Casker, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
In his position as CTO, Andrew McCasker is responsible for defining Fishbowl's technical vision. In addition, he leads the technical production operations of the company and oversees Fishbowl's technology platform and information technology infrastructure. Andrew has a depth of experience in Information Technology involving all aspects of information systems development and deployment, as well as process implementation and improvement.
Prior to joining Fishbowl, McCasker served as Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Maximus, a premier software and services firm. Before Maximus, McCasker was the Executive Vice President of Software Engineering and Professional Services at Spectrum K12 School Solutions, which grew to become the premier provider of Special Education solutions under his technology leadership. He has also served as Vice President of Engineering at B2eMarkets, a pioneer in Software-as-a-Service Strategic Sourcing, and Vice President of Engineering at Landmark Systems, where he was part of the leadership team that launched a successful IPO.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
ANDREA VON UTTER, CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Andrea Von Utter oversees all aspects of Fishbowl operations including client services, creative, production and guest services. She is also responsible for the company's strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
Andrea's advertising and marketing experience includes strategic branding, targeted promotions and tactical executions on both the agency and client side. Prior to joining Fishbowl, Andrea was SVP Marketing for The Palm Restaurant, where she launched and managed their widely acclaimed loyalty program, the 837 Club. Prior to The Palm, she worked at Tom Feltenstein's Neighborhood Marketing Institute (NMI), an agency specializing in local store marketing for the restaurant industry where she held positions from Marketing Manager to President/COO. Andrea also spent ten years with two agencies, Greenstone Roberts and Wexler McCarron and Roth, where she dealt with a wide variety of clients from local to international, and with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $10+ million.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
