Kristyn Reed-Salow

Chief Financial Officer

Kristyn Reed-Salow has led the financial strategy and operations, accounting, human resource and legal functions within multiple entrepreneurial and global businesses in both new media and the software industry.   Prior to joining Fishbowl, she served as CFO for Three Stage Media, Inc. (formerly BDMetrics), a B2B analytics company in the event industry.   During her five year tenure as CFO at Mantas, Inc. (a software applications and analytics company, now Oracle Financial Services Software), she led the Company through a successful strategic sale to Oracle as well as a divestiture of its telecommunications business.   Prior to joining Mantas, Kristyn was the CFO at RealLegal, a software company focused on the legal industry, after effecting its spinoff from Law.com, Inc. where had also served as the CFO.   Law.com, Inc. is a new media and e-learning business for legal professionals.   Kristyn helped build both of these businesses after joining their management team at their inceptions. In these roles, she was heavily involved in the acquisitions or sales of several companies and was instrumental in raising rounds of funding from both venture capital and private equity sources.   Earlier in her career as a Manager at Ernst & Young, Kristyn served large public entities as well as numerous entrepreneurial companies. She led her teams in a diverse set of industries including technology, real estate and aerospace and was involved in a number of public offerings.

Kristyn earned a Master of Arts in Economic Development from University of Chicago and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.   She is a CPA and a CMA.
