Steve Vintz

Chief Financial Officer, Vocus

Steve Vintz has more than 16 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience in the high technology industry. At Vocus, where he serves as its CFO, Steve oversees all financial, legal, HR and administration functions. He has led the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion, including an initial public offering, a follow-on offering and three acquisitions. Prior to Vocus, he was the vice president of strategic planning and analysis at Snyder Communications, a NYSE listed advertising and marketing services company. Prior to Snyder being acquired by Havas Advertising in 2000, Steve played a lead role in the execution and integration of over 45 acquisitions and oversaw revenue growth and headcount expansion. Prior to Snyder, Steve was a manager with Ernst & Young. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola College Sellinger School of Business.
