HOW TO WIN GRAND PRIZE: Log on to Bennigans.com to register to win a trip for 2 to Ireland. The winner will be selected by random drawing in the state of Missouri on or about April 10, 2008 from eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and e-mail by April 13, 2008. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to be reached within five (5) days of the initial contact attempt, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Both the potential winner and travel companion must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in the potential winner's disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. One (1) GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a vacation for two (2) to Ireland. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach airfare from the commercial airport closest to the winner's home, hotel accommodations one (1) room, double occupancy selected by Sponsor for 4 nights and 5 days, airport transfers, baggage and handling. Meals, travel documents, visa fees, passport fees, US airport and custom taxes, foreign airport taxes and all other costs and expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner and the winner's travel companion. The winner and the winner's travel companion must travel together and accept the travel arrangements made by Sponsor. After travel arrangements have been made, they cannot be altered and failure of the winner or the winner's travel companion to follow transportation schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any manner to arrange alternate travel arrangements. Travel must be scheduled and taken within 12 months of affidavit date or the Grand Prize is forfeited. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a cash award. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize will be awarded. Approximate retail value for the Grand Prize: $4,900.00. Actual value is dependent upon location of the winner and airfare in effect at time of departure.
